What is CCS?

   CCS is a MMORPG-style (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) metered combat system specifically created and developed for play in the virtual world Second Life using LSL (Linden Scripting Language, which is SL-specific), and SQL (Search Query Language) databasing language.

 

   It was originally created for use in CoLA (City of Lost Angels post-apocalyptic dark rp simulator, conceived and designed by Suzanna Soyinka - now Year 2040 A.D.), but has since then spread in usage to many other sims in Second Life.

 

   Upon registering for free at any blue CCS Sign (distribution point), all players receive a CCS meter (which shows the combat stats over your head), a CCS HUD (Heads-Up-Display that graphically shows representations of your various energy levels, skill call commands, and a few other options), and a pack of hotkey gestures to set up your keyboard's F-Keys to call specific CCS Skills at the touch of a button.

SANCTUARY

((On arrival in Sanctuary (CCS SIM) there was nothing there......... watching this small block of shapes that Eme (Emerald Melbourne) had made slowly transform into the beautiful city it is now was an amazing process.

The onion domes taking shape while floating in mid air......The walls of the city appear, to then have Subby's (Subhuman Ballinger) incredible arena arrive and to see it fit perfectly onto Eme's city thus far along was dazzling to watch the two work their magic on the creation of buildings and parts of the city has been such a learning curve.

 

These two are clearly consummate builders and watching them work their magic on the two sims has been nothing short of incredible for a non building total incompetent ....well basically I am the tea girl!

Stevei (Stevie Basevi) and her finishing flourishes along with Subby and Eme's build will make this sim one of the hottest ones around and I am sure that the RP Backstory that is currently running as a competition will make sure that we have RP to start the ball rolling to rival anything else in the Metaverse.))


SANCTUARY - Where dreams and desires come true and nightmares are brought to life

This new city having arrived from nowhere claims to be a juxtaposed city from everywhere full of residents of the most beautifully terrifying people and creatures you can only begin to imagine...

 

From the Djinn who have already taken residence....one of which, Vorunt , can be seen whisping here and there like a true Djinn who is awaiting the return of their master and is getting up to all sorts in the interim.......

 

To the possible General of the guard who moodily stalks about making demands of the populace and mocking all those who dare to try and be nice to him while he growls impatiently behind his mask...the only sign he smiles is the crinkling of his eyes occasionally and then usually only after a visit to the tavern and wenches therein...........

 

To the residents in all thier colourful and amazing glory.........

 

To the tavern and its rather odd music source which no one can as yet locate........The Dancers who spin theirselves round the poles in such a fashion you cannot watch for too long lest you be mesmerised........ The Snakes and their charmers.........  The cells in the harbour and in the main city sometimes occupied but yet not full yet...........awaiting no doubt the next caravan to arrive to bring with it trouble, greatness and mystery..................who knows what secrets will arrive with the traders?   Will there be slaves and slavers along with the spices and products or majik users from many lands?

 

Well in fact we can only speculate at this time and to that end ... we can only dream.
